What type of food does Rachael eat now?
Rachael still eats many of the same foods she grew up eating. Her meals include a lot of dark greens and veggies, and she has gotten into eating whole wheat pasta. Rachael loves burgers of all kinds – chicken, beef, turkey, tuna just to name a few – and enjoys being creative with unique burger combinations. She feels that everything should be eaten in moderation; in other words, that a variety of foods should be eaten to balance each other out, and she only cooks with extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Based on her experience growing up, Rachael has always believed in turning healthy food into food that is fun to prepare and eat and uses lots of color and creativity.
