It changes regularly Menu Chef Allen Dowe began his career in the culinary arts 25 years ago, mentored by some of Columbus, Ohio’s renowned chefs. Before relocating to Arizona 11 years ago, Chef Allen was Executive Chef of the Columbus Convention Center and at top fine-dining restaurants in the Columbus area. Since his relocation to Arizona, he has become Chef with two of Scottsdale’s premier four-star resorts. Chef Allen joined Arizona Broadway Theatre in early 2006 in conjunction with the grand opening of the new dinner theatre.
