Organic unbleached wheat flour is used in our Newman-Os, Champion Chip Cookies, and Fig Newmans (except the Wheat Free Cookies). Organic brown rice flour, organic corn flour and organic barley flour are used in the Wheat Free, Dairy Free Cookies.
