What type of firms are registered with the AESC?
There are currently over 300 executive search firms registered with the AESC who are retained by organizations to fill senior level management or specialized professional positions. The criteria set for membership within the AESC ensures that only retained executive search firms that are in good standing within the executive search community are accepted into the Association. Member firms are also required to adhere to high professional standards as set within the AESC Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Guidelines. These search firms use the BlueSteps database on a regular basis to source potential candidates for senior level positions across a broad range of industries and job functions world wide.
