What type of financial aid or scholarships are available for Program participants?
The Greehey Scholars Program provides full scholarships that cover a student’s total direct charges to the university. The Greehey Scholarship will supplement any other scholarship awards a student may receive from the university. Additional financial aid such as student loans should not be necessary for students admitted into the Greehey Scholars Program for as long as the student continues to fulfill all academic and program requirements. All Greehey Scholarships are renewed annually based on each student’s academic and program status. Undergraduate Greehey Scholars may receive up to a maximum of eight semesters (fall and spring semesters) of scholarship funding. Graduate Greehey Scholars may receive up to a maximum of three semesters (fall, spring, and one summer semester) of scholarship funding.
