Insert call. For most word processing software, follow these steps to convert a word document into a PDF. Select “file”, select “print”, this opens the Print dialog box. Select Adobe PDF in the drop down name field, click “OK”. This opens the Save As dialog box. Select the path and name the document, click “OK”.
