What type of feedback do program participants receive?
All program participants take part in the Management Development and Planning Process (MD&P). This is Cooper’s succession planning tool that is used by all salaried personnel in the corporation. MD&P gives you the opportunities to collaborate with your supervisor to set goals and objectives you should strive to achieve in the current assignment. It also gives you the chance to discuss your performance while your supervisor has the opportunity to give constructive feedback.
