What type of facility is needed and do I need a stage with lots lights and sound?

Indoors or outdoors, we have done it all. A stage is not necessarily needed if the audience is small. If you have an audience over 200, the people in the back will have a very difficult time seeing the show without a stage. A good sound system is required and definitely needed. Our audiences are very loud. It is similar to being at a rock concert with cheering, yelling and clapping. If the sound system can’t match the audience, then they will not be able to hear what the participants are saying. Fancy stage lighting is great to have, but not absolutely necessary. Keep in mind that the better the lighting, the more the audience will see. The better the sound, the better they will hear. The better the venue, the more they will experience.
