What type of expenses are not funded by the Partnerships for Tomorrow Program phase II?

The program does NOT fund the costs of visas, health care insurance, human resources (salary/daily rate), flight cancellation insurance, car rental, airport improvement charges, tuition fees, conference registration fees, equipment, gifts, maps, etc. The program will only fund direct travel costs specified and per diems of $150 Cdn/day. Please note: Travellers must purchase health care insurance before they depart.
