What type of exercise can I expect to do at bootcamp?
In addition to core exercises including squats, lunges, sit-ups, push-ups, and running, we will be working with TRX suspension straps, battle ropes, jump ropes, light hand weights, medicine balls and kettle bells weekly. A variety of other exercises will be introduced throughout your training. There will be weekly trail runs with one trainer at the end of the line to ensure that all members are accounted for, including walkers.
