A driver has 30 days to pay the driver responsibility fee in full or enter into an approved Installment Agreement with Treasury. Failure to pay or make payment arrangements within 30 days will result in the suspension of the driver’s license. Treasury may take immediate collection enforcement action such as placing a levy on wages or bank accounts.
