A. Because all volunteers and associates working with the Rodeo attitude Sports Medicine Team are certified and/or licensed in the allied health profession, a college degree is a minimum requirement. State licensure and/or national certification, in your area of expertise are also a requirement. The next step is to have a minimum of five (5) years experience in sports medicine and/or contact sports.
