What type of ducks roosts in trees?
Domesticated Muscovy ducks roost in trees.( On top of cars, houses,etc.)You did not give a description of the ducks. If they are some what small and very colorful, they are most likely Wood Ducks. They not only roost in trees, they nest in hollows trees or man made nest boxes near water. . PS I live in Alabama and we have Alabama Black Ducks which do the same as Wood Ducks. They both frequent the creek that surrounds much of our property here.
