The exclusions include experimental drugs, appetite suppressants, anorexiants (weight control), any drug not FDA Approved, Rogaine, over-the-counter products, devices and implants, drugs used for cosmetic purposes, and injectable drugs other than insulin. Growth hormones are restricted subject to pre-authorization process. Vitamins (children and adults) are excluded if they can be purchased without a prescription.
