In addition to Certificates, we can obtain plain or certified copies of an entitys Organization documents, any amendments to those documents (including mergers or restatements) and copies of their Business Entity Reports. Corporate bylaws are not required to be filed with the Indiana Secretary of State and usually are not available. Bylaws are kept with the corporate records in the corporations principle office.
