They include meat eating dinosaurs (to be identified later), a stegosaurus, and sauropods (a full excavation will have to be completed to identify the species of sauropod, long necked dinosaur which includes several species). Erosion has uncovered the fossilized bones in a layer of earth that has been previously dated to 145 million to 150 million years ago in that area. The existence of the bones has been known about for some time, but this is the first formal excavation and it uncovered many more bones than expected. Many are whole skeletons instead of scattered bones.
