What type of deposit is required at the time of ordering?
All special orders require a minimum 50% deposit. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. (*Deposits are non-refundable even if a wedding is cancelled or postponed.) Questions: Are appointments necessary to shop in your store? Answer: No, we do not require appointments. Knowledgable and friendly sales associates are always ready to assist you and your bridal party. If you need to shop on the weekend, we are open on Saturdays from 10-5. We have several sales associates working during these busy hours, though there may be a wait for a dressing room. Questions: Does your store do alterations? Answer: Yes. We have talented seamstresses available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Having an appointment ensures that you are given the proper time and attention needed. There is a charge for ALL alterations.
