What type of data does TraM contain?
TraM data are integrated from various translational research domains–from patient bedsides to experimental benches. TraM data are collected from a broad range of sources including medical demographic surveys, clinical records, clinical trials, pathology reviews, radiology exams, and biospecimen banks. Since data are standardized and curated during the integration process, integrated data may have a different format and description than their original forms, but they should retain their original meanings.
