What type of damages cannot be repaired?
Palm does not cover certain types of damage under the limited warranty, nor are repair services available for a device damaged in the following ways: • A device that has been crushed, burned, defaced, damaged by liquid, melted, or otherwise broken beyond economic repair • A device on which the plastic casing has been opened • A device that has been modified • A device on which service has been performed by someone other than a Palm Repair Center technician or your mobile service provider’s repair center • A device that is not in the condition described in your repair request • A device for which the repair claim is determined to be fraudulent
