• Avtron recommends torsionally rigid, zero backlash, flexible couplings. Examples are the Thomas miniature flexible disc couplings manufactured by Rexnord in Warren, PA (814-723-6600). For customer convenience, Avtron offers these couplings as accessories. For special high axial movement applications, spider style couplings may be used as an alternative.
