Armstrongs copper booster system headers are manufactured from type L copper for standard 6600 and 6700 series booster systems. Armstrongs 6500 series as well as high pressure (250 psi maximum working pressure) systems have headers manufactured from type K copper. Type K copper headers are stronger than type L.
