What type of clinical studies were conducted to determine the efficacy of the NEW REACH® by design™ Toothbrush and REACH® TOTAL CARE Floss?

0

Four studies were conducted for the NEW REACH® TOTAL CARE Floss to determine efficacy. Clinical results showed that the NEW REACH® TOTAL CARE Floss removes up to two times more plaque than Glide® floss products. Additionally, a consumer comparison clinical test found that the NEW REACH® TOTAL CARE is a flexible, shred-resistant floss that slides as easily as Glide® Original Mint. For the NEW REACH® by design™ Toothbrush, one-day use clinical studies and a four-week clinical study were conducted to determine the amount of plaque removed by brushing. Results of the one-day studies showed that the NEW REACH® by design™ Toothbrush removes up to 90 percent of plaque in places that are hard to reach and more plaque than the leading toothbrush. In the four-week study, the NEW REACH® by design™ Toothbrush removed more plaque and improved gum health better than Colgate® 360°** toothbrush following 30 days of use.
