What type of cider is H.P Bulmers Original Cider?
Bulmers have been around for years and are one of the biggest cider producers and are based in Hereford. Bulmers (Hereford based)and Magners (Irish Bulmers) have a complicated history, but they are 2 seperate companies. I’ve had quite a bit of it over the years, before cider became so popular! I would say it’s dry to medium, it’s not bone dry as it’s got a bit sweetness, but not too sweet either. If you’re looking for cheap alternatives, try supermarket own brands, these are usually made in bulk by the larger cider producers anyway, so shop around and find one you like for half the price. If you have a bit of cash anytime, try real cider straight from a barrel, there’s no comparison!
