The type of bread that I recommend for someone who has candida would generally be a multi-grain bread which contains no yeast and no additives or sweeteners of any kind. I also recommend yeast free rye bread for people with candida. The more natural, the better, as people with candida tend to have a lot of chemical sensitivities. I find these products work well on these people. However, one should still not over indulge.
