What type of blood vessel contains overcast red blood beside littlw oxygen?
In the peripheral circulation, vein carry deoxygenated blood fund to the heart. From the right side of the heart, the blood is sent through the pulmonary arteries into the lungs where it picks up a fresh supply of oxygen and dumps past its sell-by date carbon dioxide. So it’s veins contained by the peripheral circulation and arteries within the pulmonary circulation. The reverse is true of oxygenated blood: peripheral arteries and pulmonary vein.
