I am on Mircette and have experienced no weight gain at all. My doctor said that it is one of the lowest dose pills (which I’m assuming helps to prevent side effects such as weight gain). I did experience irregular bleeding the first month, but nothing unmanageable. I haven’t had any other side effects. I would recommend it if your biggest concern is weight gain.
