What type of behaviour could be classed as bullying?
Bullying can take many forms, but essentially it is a form of harassment such as the continuing intimidation or belittling of an individual either verbally and/or physically. The TUC have discovered, from surveys they have conducted, that bullying at work is done by fellow workers and management. Employers have a duty of care and are liable for the actions of their employees towards others, taken during the course of employment.
