What type of behavioral based interview questions does Wal-Mart corporate ask?

for a regular job like stocker/cashier ect.they basically ask questions like, name a time when you had to work with other people ,”how did youre group see that it was done in a timely manner”…they also ask the same when you had to work by yourself or had to use leadership skills, how did you handle a customer that was giving you a rough time.stuff like that…just make sure you remember your past experiences ,it doesnt have to be a job,it could have been a charity ,school, family experience ect.they basically are trying to get a feel on if you can work by yourself without having someone babysit you ,can you work with a group, and are you able to take control of a situation and be a leader..but above all dont say “i cant think of anything” and relax dont stress out during the interview…i mean dont relax so much as putting your feet in the chair ,but dont stress out either…good luck

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
