What type of Bachelors Degree can I get after an Associates Degree in Computer Drafting & Design?
Although you could go after a Bachelor of Science in any major, there are some career fields that rely upon Computer Drafting & Design training. This would include Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. So you can continue and obtain a Bachelor Degree in one of those specialties. But with an Associate Degree, you should be able to find entry level positions as a drafter with an Architectural or Engineering firm. This way, you would get on the job experience and get paid for it. But if you also obtain a Bachelor degree in Architecture or Engineering, you will be able to find jobs that pay up to 50% higher than with the Associate Degree.
