Appliances, such as washers, dryers, freezers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and air conditioners that are not already provided by the University are prohibited in individual rooms or apartments. Plumbing, water heating, and electrical systems were not designed to accomodate additional utility demands from these additional appliances.
