anaemia is just that your body is producing more white blood cells and less red blood cells, the excess bleeding means that you are losing more iron and not replacing it quick enough… take some iron vitamins to increase the production of your red blood cells and you should feel better in a few weeks. its not dangerous to your health as long as you fix the problem now, long term anaemia will eventually stop your periods all together. anaemia makes you feel tired and very ill because not enough of the red blood cells that carry oxygen around your body are present to do just that… and you need oxygen to respire so when the levels of oxygen drop in your blood your white blood cells over produce because they think you are ill… you feel tired because your muscles arent getting enough oxygenated blood… trust me, i’d fix it now… its not pleasant i was anaemic because of this when i was younger i had periods even more irregular than they are now, bleeding 14 days a month sometimes…
