What type of an organization do I have to be in order to be eligible to receive a LAF community grant?
Applicants must be non-profit organizations in the United States and/or US territories, classified as other than a private foundation under the IRS code, to be eligible for a grant. Comprehensive Cancer Control Coalitions are eligible to apply through a non-profit fiscal agent. Applicants must not be currently receiving Community Program funding as of May 1, 2006. Individuals and for-profit entities are not eligible for grants.
