What type of african cichlid have a semi agressive temparment?
Rek is right i have had cichlids for many years both south american and african and the african are by far the most aggressive.When it comes to these fish it really is trial and error you can never really say what kind of fish will fit in with it.Many people say cichlids have the most personality out of any kind of fish therefore you can’t predict what kind of fish they will allow as its roomate my oscar wants no friends as he has proved it by killing any oscar we put in with him.If you have the money to spend you can try all kinds of others just remember cichlids are big fish that need plenty of room,never mix south american and african and there is no semi aggressive cichlid so dont be surprised if other fish dont work out you will find dead fish in your tank if your cichlid is not happy with your selection.
