What type of adhesive does WindsorONE use to keep its joints so tight?

WindsorONEs joints are stronger than the wood itself, and waterproof. Our boards are manufactured with a thermosetting emulsion adhesive that conforms to Type I, ANSI/HPVA HP-1-1994 (this is the technical description of the glue) and meets Wet Use Classification, ASTM D5572-95. ASTM is an abbreviation for the American Society for Testing and Materials”. ASTM-D5572-95 is a test that measures the force required to break either the glue bond, or the wood, after it has been subjected to: soak tests, elevated temperature tests, boil tests and vacuum-pressured tests. WindsorONE exceeds the standards set by these tests, and that is why our joints are stronger than the wood itself, and waterproof! But that’s not the only reason our joints are so tight. Our use of the most technically advanced machines, highest caliber operators, and knives re-sharpened every 8 hours enables us to create precision joints and to edge-glue lines that are essentially invisible to the eye.
