What type of activities do the children do?
The children learn new board games, are introduced to playground games (like stoopball, jacks, marbles, hopscotch, etc), can participate in a freelance art corner, build in the building area, bust out a rhyme in our music corner or join a monthly tournament. We are also introducing a community service component to the program where kids can participate in raising money for a project in Jamaica, collecting towels for the homeless, collecting books for an orphanage in Africa and so on.
