ARS’s secure check management website gives you unique advantages for handling check recovery. Password-protected reporting offers easy access to detailed, customized check information. You can sort and view account information by specific criteria, including dates, regions, stores, amounts and more. You can even run reports that help you detect internal fraud and check acceptance problems. All data can be exported for reconciliation reports. In addition, notification reports are sent on a same-day basis that checks are received at our data facility. These reports are sent to you via e-mail of fax showing all check writers information for each location, as a region and as a group total. An imaged copy of the check is also available to view on-line or can be e-mailed or faxed.
