What type cases are heard in the Complex Business Litigation Division (CBLD)?
The CBLD for the 13th Judicial Circuit hears certain business related cases in which the amount in controversy is greater than $75,000 and certain other types of cases. The party may file a Motion to Transfer Case to the Complex Business Litigation Division. Any such motion is be considered by the judge presiding in Division L.
