What type and quantity of support is available: power and ping only, dedicated support, multi-tier help desk, etc?
MCEITS will support the infrastructure services which are utilized by applications, to include helpdesk support for the infrastructure. In the case of non-managed (power, ping and pipe), hosted systems, limited touch labor will be available. MCEITS will not be providing Application (Functional) support. That will remain the responsibility of the Application Owner.
