Refurbished TVs and Gray market TVs (TVs not intended for use in the United States and Canada) are not eligible for the XpresServ extended warranty coverage. Also, TVs with past 10 months from the date of purchase are not eligible for coverage. TVs must have at least two months of manufacturers warranty period coverage remaining to be eligible for coverage.
