If you are one of the thousands of Americans fighting a losing battle against being overweight, chances are you have heard of or watched an episode of “The Biggest Loser” on NBC. The Blue Trainer is Bob Harper, and I find him to be a most amazing person! He has many years of experience as a personal trainer, and works his team hard, but is a very compassionate person, even comforting a member of the other team when they needed a pick me up in a recent episode of the 2007 edition of the show. He trains his team with his heart, as well as his body – and is very inspiring.
