• Start enrollment of TSP at anytime unless you make a financial hardship withdrawal, you may not make contributions for six months following the withdrawal. • Military Members can start or change percentage of basic pay/incentive pay/special pay at any time if they are contributing to basic pay. • Cancel contributions at any time throughout the year.
