You will require a passport, valid for at least one year at the start of the tour of duty. Subject to the ship that you will join, you will also require a valid US C1D visa or any other visas’ as applicable. In addition to this you will also be required to apply for a British CDC (Certificate of continuous discharge booklet) prior to joining.
