For travel to the Caribbean and Mexico, U.S. Citizens are required to carry proof of citizenship (valid passport or certified copy of birth certificate) and a photo I.D. card. Acceptable photo I.D. cards are; state driver’s license, US company employee I.D. card, or local government issued I.D. card or an I.D. card issued by a private identification card service. A Voter’s Registration Card IS NOT acceptable. Non-U.
