What travel company has better accomodation (Forget price) Greyhound or Amtrak?
Definitely Amtrak!! Even if you ride Coach on Amtrak, it is SOOO much better than riding on the bus. Riding coach, you have plenty of options: You get restaurant quality food in the dining car There is a lounge car that is available to any passengers and there is a small snack bar located on this car as well A bathroom!! You don’t have to worry about having to stop to get to use a REAL bathroom (I know Greyhounds have bathrooms on them but would you consider them REAL bathrooms lol!) If you’re on a trip that requires an overnight stay on the train, there are sleeper car options as well: Meals are included in your price of the ticket, whereas if you ride coach, they are not If you get a bedroom suite, there is a bathroom and a shower in YOUR ROOM! If you don’t get a bedroom suite and go for a roomette, which are about half the size, there are bathrooms and showers on every sleeping car that are available to use for sleeping car passengers only.
