• All Feldenkrais practitioners must complete 800-1000 hours of training over a 3 to 4 year period. Training includes participating in Awareness Through Movement and Functional Integration sessions, lectures, discussions, group process, and videos of Dr. Feldenkrais teaching before progressing to teaching ATM and FI under supervision.
