Building Performance Institute (BPI) Recognized Training-Training is available at many locations across New York State. Training prepares students to take exams required to become a BPI-certified technician. Each participating contractor must have a a staff member with a Building Analyst certification, and a staff member with either an Envelope Professional or Heating Professional certification. A partial subsidy is available for training.
