The quality of employees and their development through training are major factors in determining long-term profitability of software outsourcing business. It is one of our policies to greatly invest in the development of employee skills as to increase the overall productivity when we are in the need of hiring and retaining competent individuals. ON-THE-JOB TRAINING is delivered to employees while they perform their regular jobs. In this way, they do not lose time while they are learning. Each project plan contains detailed training instructions. A training schedule is then established with periodic evaluations with feedback to employees on their performance. On-the-job techniques include orientations, job instruction training, apprenticeships, internships and assistantships, job rotation and coaching.
