What training and development opportunities does Edwards offer full-time employees?
Edwards has a strong commitment to developing our employees. Each year, you and your manager will establish your personal Development Plan which could consist of anything from new on-the-job experiences to seminars to internal training programs to university coursework. You will review your Development Plan at mid-year with your manager to ensure everything is on track. The opportunities are there – you just need a plan and the commitment to excel. • Will I be able to continue my education while at Edwards? I would like to earn an advanced degree. Yes. Continuous learning is key to keeping up your skills and knowledge. Edwards has a tuition reimbursement program which will reimburse up to $5,250 per calendar year for related coursework. • What kind of benefits will a new employee, intern, or co-op qualify for?
