What training, abilities and experiences are required for someone wishing to become an interior designer?
One needs to have a passion for design, specifically interior design. However, one can enroll for interior design classes, which might take anywhere between 2 to 3 years. These courses will include basic and advance level course work. Anyone with marketing or business management experience can combine these skills with intensive two year training in interior design to catch up with the aesthetic side of the career.
