From Queens: Take the 7 train to the Port Authority or any subway that will get you to the Port Authority. Hop on the New Jersey Transit bus 319 towards Atlantic City/Wildwood. At Atlantic City, transfer to the 553 Upper Deerfield bound bus and that will take you to Vineland. The trip on NJ Transit will cost you $32.80 + the $2.00 fare on the subway.
